Mr Lalit Bansode is a founder member of Ideal Information & Technology Education Society.  established in 2003. Mainly Focused on Information & Technology Education for rural & urban  youth by giving Vocational & Skill Development Training. Gradually diversified in the field of Over- All Socio Economic development of rural & urban society through entrepreneurship skills, Vocational Training and Awareness generation Programes. established a Shweta Computer in 2003 by Mr. Lalit Bansode and given a IT Literacy lectures for Rural and urban area School. Approximately 20000 Student trained and Certified in Diploma Course. 

  • 1)In 2010 Shweta Computer Affiliated with DGET as a VTP(Vocational Training Provider). In MES(Modular Employer Scheme) Scheme run by the Shweta Computer and trained 400 candidates in Ms-office, Tally , DTP, Web-Design ,Banking, Web Publishing also successfully placed 70% candidates  
  • 2) IN 2012-2014 Suvarna Jayanti yojna run by Shweta Computer trained 350 candidates in Ms-office, Tally , DTP, Web-Design ,Banking, Web Publishing also successfully placed 70% candidates 
  • 3)IN 2014-2018 PMKUVY (Pramod Mahajan Kaushaly Vikas Yojna) Shweta Computer Train 180 candidates in  Tally , Web Designing & Publishing also successfully placed 70% candidates.
